I used their service to bring an elderly couple from the Bronx to a midtown restaurant for a holiday party and back, and I was told that  Nelson, the driver was very courteous and professional, helping getting in and out of the vehicle (Cadillac Escalade), driving safely, and getting them to their destination in a timely and very enjoyable manner.

We didn`t want to have to try and catch a cab to get from the hotel to the airport so we called down to the front desk and they set up the ride. He was on time and really nice. Basically the same pricing as a taxi. Clean and professional ride. If I find myself back in NY I will use this service again!
